I ordered the soft serenity bouquet for my sisters graduation, it was very last minute but soon as they arrived, straight off the bat, they were beautiful. My biggest concern was the flowers not looking true to the photos on the website but genuinely, they look even better than what I was expecting. I got the small size and the bouquet was huge and lush and everything I wanted. Out of all local florists Ive purchased from, this one trumps them all so far, the quality and the presentation of flowers are stunning- I cannot fault them. I got them delivered and they arrived on time. Genuinely, one of the best bouquets Ive ever purchased and will definitely be coming back for more.

OMG WHEN I TELL YOU THIS COMPANY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, THEY REALLY DID! ON MY ANNIVERSARY I HAD ASKED TO INCLUDE FERRERO ROCHER CHOCOLATES IF POSSIBLE , THEY ACTUALLY DID AND DELIVERED THEM AS AN EXTRA DESPITE NOT EVEN OFFERING THESE CHOCOLATES IN THE FIRST PLACE. TRULY A WONDERFUL COMPANY. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!!!

I live in Western Australia, and looked for a florist near my MIL, in the UK to deliver the same day. So glad I found Lettys, what amazing service, I was hopeful it will be delivered in time for this Mothers day and when we received confirmation it was delivered and my MIL sent a text saying how lovely they were, I had to write this review that I will definitely be using Lettys again, you guys are awesome, thanks so much.

Excellent Service !. We have used Letty's many times. The Flowers are amazing and always delivered on time. To our surprise, we were even given me a very nice complimentary box of chocolates with my Flowers for my Wife's 50th.
